Claudia Michel

Claudia Michel has been responsible for communication and marketing measures at PANTARHEI from the Munich location as the Head of Communications & Marketing since 2024.

The native Tyrolean took her first professional steps at the tender age of 19 as an editor at ORF, Radio Tirol. After studying German Philology in Innsbruck and Vienna, a year abroad as an au pair girl in Rome, Italy, and internships at Tiroler Kronenzeitung and the news portal tirol.com, she joined the Public Relations Department of the Tyrolean Chamber of Commerce in Innsbruck in 2008 as a press officer. There, she was responsible for the bi-weekly member newspaper "Tiroler Wirtschaft" and the cooperation with functionaries and managing directors of the WKO in the field of press and public relations for three years.

Curiosity and the desire for the big city eventually drew Claudia Michel to Munich, where she joined the Serviceplan Group, Europe's largest owner- and partner-managed agency, in the Corporate Communications & PR department in the fall of 2011. She played a major role in the development and expansion of the department and performed all tasks of external and internal communication on both a national and international level. Close cooperation with the CEO and the holding company as well as with the individual agency managing directors were also part of Claudia Michel's daily tasks, as were responsibility for media cooperations (e.g., with Horizont, FAZ), major industry events such as Best Brands, Innovation Day, and CMO of the Year, or the support of international locations. During her parental leave, which she took in the summer of 2019, Claudia Michel was minimally freelancing, among others for Munich's traditional department store Ludwig Beck and the strategy consultancy bemorrow.

Claudia Michel is married and lives with her husband and their two children south of Munich.
