Anita Gupta

Anita Gupta is a global communications leader, executive coach, and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of international experience. Having lived and worked in India, Singapore, New York, and Europe, she brings deep global insight to organizations navigating complexity and change.

As founder of MindBridge Global and Head of Business Development & Strategy for the Global Institute for International Communications (GIIC), she advises corporations, NGOs, and government-linked institutions on cross-border strategy, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and cultural transformation.

Her career spans senior leadership roles at Citigroup, American Express Bank, and Bata International, and 17 years with Deutsche Post DHL, where she was Head of Global Media Relations and Regional Head of Communications for  the Americas. Over the years, she has led M&A transactions, crisis management responses, thought leadership campaigns, and international positioning initiatives.

A certified ICF executive coach with more than 400 hours of practice, Anita works with senior leaders worldwide, guided by her belief that personal clarity leads to professional success. She is also a strong advocate for women’s leadership and social impact initiatives.

Anita lives in Geneva and Bonn.
