Anita Baftiaj is a consultant at Pantarhei Advisors with a degree in International Business Administration (BSc, WU Vienna) and an MA in Science and Technology Studies. She has professional experience in the banking sector as well as in the non-profit sector in an association affiliated with a government ministry, combining business expertise with a deep understanding of social and technological developments.

Her professional focus is on innovation, transformation, and the application of new technologies—especially artificial intelligence—from a user perspective. In doing so, she consistently places people and their active creative power at the center of her work.
